Marketing Channels should be Bookerville-wide

We think we are eventually going to gather the existing Marketing Channels that have been entered by members and consolidate them all into a single, shared pick-list that is maintained by Bookerville. Right now, everyone can define their own set of them, and so there are multiple entries like "HomeAway", "Home Away", "homeaway", etc.

I think that as we continue to grow, having a standard pick-list of Marketing Channels will provide much better statistics for us all to learn from. If we do this, then we would provide a request mechanism for members to get new entries added the standard pick-list.
